Jaz Sharm Dreams Hotel, Sharm el-Sheikh

My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating. The location is wonderful, offering easy access to the pool and buffet area. The dining experience was delicious, with a variety of cuisines each day. However, the breakfast was below average during a limited 2-hour period, which was a minor inconvenience. Overall, a great value for an all-inclusive stay.

The hotel offers a wide selection of food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, which was spectacular. However, there was a small issue upon check-in when they tried to give me a different room than requested.

The hotel's rooms are old but clean, with very big aqua park facilities available at a lower price for an all-inclusive experience. The staff is extremely helpful and willing to go out of their way to assist guests, except for a minor inconvenience with the receptionists.

The hotel is conveniently located near the reception area and restaurant, offering a big aqua park. However, some rooms need furniture upgrades, so choose wisely before booking your stay.

My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The location was great, with opportunities for snorkeling and a pool towel service, but the rooms were a bit disappointing. The service, however, was exceptional, especially thanks to Abdullah and Reda. The dining options were not the best, but the facilities overall were decent.
